How it works
- When is the membership charged?
- On the renewal day, by the method you chose. You can change it in your account.
- And if I want to stop?
- Cancel within your plan's notice period and it ends with the month you paid for.
- I went on holiday.
- Freeze the membership from your account, within the plan's yearly allowance.
- Do I get an invoice?
- Yes, a receipted invoice the moment you pay, with your tax number if you want one.
- Can I pay at the desk?
- Yes: card, MB Way or cash. The enrolment is the same.
Can I freeze my membership while I am away?
Yes: the unlimited plan freezes for one month a year, no reason required. Email us before the 1st.
