Pricing
Can I freeze my membership while I am away?
Yes: the unlimited plan freezes for one month a year, no reason required. Email us before the 1st.
Classes
What do I bring to my first class?
Comfortable clothes, and grip socks for the reformer. Mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are ours.
General
I have never done yoga. Can I start in any class?
You can start in any class marked Beginners or All levels. Tuesday's and Saturday's hatha are the two calmest of the week.
